The first mini-hydroelectric power plant was commissioned in Vasylkivka

The first mini-hydroelectric power plant was commissioned in Vasylkivka ( an urban-type settlement in Dnipropetrovsk Region in Ukraine) .
The project was implemented at the expense of Ukrainian investor with the support of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration. Mini-hydroelectric power plant is taking place on the site of the old collective-farm. It was in a state of neglect and almost destroyed for about last 60 years.
Mini-HPP will serve about 17 thousand local residents of United territorial community of Vasylkivskyi district . The community will receive uninterrupted power supply, new workplaces and additional revenues to the budget.
